Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management to lead the SIOP process, align demand with supply, and optimize inventory across the Flow Systems Unit. You will guide a team of planners and buyers, partner with Operations, Sourcing, Sales, and Finance, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading planning, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading SIOP/S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, MRP, and purchasing operations.
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Experience managing both manufactured and externally sourced product portfolios preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise SIOP process and drive monthly executive reviews.
• Oversee demand and supply planning to align production with customer demand.
• Develop inventory strategies and monitor inventory health and turns.
• Direct tactical purchasing and supplier execution to support production.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance.
• Recruit, develop, and lead planners, inventory managers, and buyers.
