Job summary

Alleima in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Flow Manager to lead department-level production flow and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement on-site. You will manage frontline teams and partner across functions to deliver consistent results.

You will coach 20–50 operators and Flow Leads, drive KPIs, and maintain staffing plans while supporting cross-training and performance reviews. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department-level production flow, quality compliance, and personnel development on the shop floor.
• Lead operators and Flow Leads, ensure safety culture, and optimize daily/weekly performance.
• Maintain staffing plans, coach teams, and communicate priorities across functions.
• Execute production plans, monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime), and resolve bottlenecks.
• Audit floor compliance with SOPs and drive permanent corrective actions.
