Ceres Technologies, a brand within Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Flow Team Manager to coordinate and optimize workflow processes at our Saugerties, NY site. You will lead the flow team and department shift leaders, drive Lean improvements, and ensure quality, time, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities include performance planning, resource deployment, and collaboration with operations planning, PM, and NPI. On-site role with dynamic teamwork and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating teams to improve safety, quality and lean projects.
• Proven ability to implement lean practices in manufacturing.
• Track record of delivering quality products on time.
• Solid experience with computerized MRP programs, preferably Encompix.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders to achieve goals.
• Set and evaluate performance goals with the team and align with area objectives.
• Deploy employees based on qualifications to leverage strengths.
• Monitor results and implement corrective actions for efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the department.
• Represent Operations Manager in their absence.
• Independently plan and optimize work planning and material flows for Production.
• Collaborate with operations planning, PM, and NPI interfaces.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, time, and cost targets.
• Lead work and project groups, including change meetings and special projects.
• Plan and monitor budget, coverage, and costs; initiate corrections as needed.
• Conduct capacity and space planning for manufacturing and assembly cost centers.
• Continuously improve work methods and processes to reduce lead time and costs.
• Sequence orders to optimize resource utilization and analyze value streams.
• Monitor quality problems and support improvements; track scrap costs.
• Oversee costs and deadlines related to production aids.
