Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Flow Manager for our on-site Palm Coast, FL manufacturing site. You will oversee department-level production flow, lead operators and Flow Leads, and champion a zero-tolerance safety culture to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

You will develop frontline talent, manage staffing plans, use ERP/MES tools, and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading large frontline teams (20–50 employees).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to provide clear direction.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department-level production flow and KPI performance.
• Lead operators and Flow Leads on the floor.
• Champion zero-tolerance safety culture and EHS collaboration.
• Manage staffing plans, cross-training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize throughput.
