Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Newburyport, MA, seeks a Flow Line Technician for 1st shift to set up and run presses from 2 to 100 ton. You will follow standard work, inspect dimensional features, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production targets.

This full-time onsite role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. ITAR/EAR compliance is required. Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a safe manner, using appropriate PPE and following safety guidelines for the assigned task.
• Run presses from 2 ton to 100 ton.
• Meet all standards on all operations sheets.
• Perform visual inspection while running presses.
• Inspect work for all dimensional features per standard work.
• Produce quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.
• Responsible for keeping neat and clean work area at all times.
• Responsible for all routing paperwork while running a job.
• Follow all applicable AS9100 procedures.

About the Opportunity:

This great opportunity as a Flow Line Technician joins a growing team on 1stshiftand must be able to set up and operate machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.

Location:

Newburyport, MA, 100% Onsite

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated mechanical ability is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Working Conditions:

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
