Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or Math.
• 5+ years of data-driven analysis informing business or product strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (Python/R) and large analytical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Leads deal analytics, performance reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Builds financial models to measure unit economics and returns.
• Analyzes credit policies, pricing and program valuations for Flow Lending partnerships.
• Presents detailed analyses to senior management with actionable insights.
