Merrick Bank, a South Jordan, Utah-based FDIC-insured financial institution, is seeking a Manager, Flow Lending to drive strategy and execution for Flow Lending partnerships. The role focuses on improving risk-adjusted returns, pricing, and program growth through data-driven insights.

The Manager, Flow Lending supports the development of the strategy and execution of all Flow Lending partnerships for Merrick Bank. This position supports Merrick Bank’s efforts to drive financial performance and overall success of the Flow Lending business, including assessing new partnerships for fit by both the desired return profile and the Merrick Bank’s strategic aims. The Manager for Flow Lending will contribute to driving growth and improving risk-adjusted returns for the Flow Lending business. Merrick’s Flow Lending business purchases consumer loan assets from third party lenders and develops direct lending programs in partnership with third party lenders. This role will support improvements across credit strategy, pricing, program valuations, and growth opportunities.
