Job summary

CarMax in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Flow Inventory Associate to maintain vehicle inventory and uphold CarMax’s customer experience. You will handle receiving, shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads for listings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure vehicles meet quality standards, follow environmental and safety guidelines, and support transfers with title documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records
• Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and trainings completed or required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory following CarMax processes
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax; prepare title packets for transfers
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising; keep display areas clean and organized
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners (washing and vacuuming)
• Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings
• Move vehicles on/off lot for repairs, storage, and auction support
• Adhere to CarMax EH&S requirements and keep work area clean and orderly
