Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a Flow Cytometry Core Manager at the Kendall Square site to oversee a suite of instruments including BD Symphony, BD FACSLyric, Attune CytPix, Opteon spectral platforms, and cell sorters. This contract role combines scientific leadership with hands-on instrument ownership and proactive user support.

You will manage daily operations, training, reagent inventory, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring data quality and thorough documentation

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in multiparameter panel design, antibody titration, compensation, and data analysis (FlowJo required).
Experience operating cell sorters (e.g., Sony SH800S or equivalent).
Experience with spectral flow cytometry platforms (e.g., NovoCyte Opteon or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain six flow cytometry platforms; perform preventive maintenance and QC procedures.
Train and onboard site users; provide expert guidance on panel design and staining protocols.
Support sample workflow, acquisition, data analysis, and reagent inventory; coordinate vendor support.
