Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientist to develop customized flow cytometry assays and expand our kit catalog. You will work with pharmaceutical partners and support the software team on automated analysis algorithms.

You will perform assay verification/validation, adhere to GMP, document experiments, manage supplies, and contribute to protocol drafting for manufacturing and QC. A strong emphasis on collaboration and timely delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience in flow cytometry assay design, optimization, and data analysis.
• Alternative: 6+ years with HS diploma is acceptable for the role per job posting.
• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry assays and antibody titrations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify flow cytometry assay panels on the Accellix platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify and validate assays.
• Provide analysis feedback for automated analysis software.
• Follow GMP in lab and document procedures and results.
• Draft and edit protocols for assay kit manufacturing and QC; assist tech transfer.
