BioMerieux Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Scientist to advance biomarker identification, receptor occupancy and pharmacodynamic assays, collaborating across immunology, oncology, chemistry and engineering teams with clear written communication.

You will develop flow cytometry panels on the Accellix platform, verify and validate assays, and support tech transfer to manufacturing while maintaining GMP and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry with 5+ years of relevant flow cytometry experience; antibody titrations and multicolor assay optimization.
• HS Diploma/GED with 9+ years of relevant flow cytometry experience; antibody titrations and multicolor optimization.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with compensation matrices and cellular biomarkers is a plus.
• Experience with GDP and documentation practices; strong written communication and data reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and qualify flow cytometry assay panels on the Accellix platform and optimize formulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure assay verification and validation.
• Provide analysis feedback for automated analysis software and contribute to tech transfer to manufacturing.
• Maintain GMP in lab, document procedures, and manage lab supplies inventory.
• Draft and edit protocols for assay kit manufacturing and QC; present project updates to team and external customers.
