Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical chemistry assay development, immunoassays, and/or cell-based assays in biotech/diagnostics.
• Proficiency with PCR, qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry and related assays.
• Experience handling biological specimens preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, CLIA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assay Development: optimize and verify CBC panel assays on automated platforms.
• Integration: troubleshoot reagents, consumables, and instrumentation for robust performance.
• Documentation: maintain protocols and results per regulatory standards.
