General Mills Avon Mill in Carlisle, IA is hiring a Flour Packing Technician. Starting pay is $25.24 per hour with $0.50 more for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role supports packaging, processing and warehouse tasks in a 24/7 plant environment.

Qualifications

  • Calibrate systems to meet specs and assist with start-ups.

Our plant is unique in that we have two product platforms: flour and dry mixes. The flour we produce is integrated into our Betty Crocker mixes. We are a small plant with a great culture where you will get to know the people you work with. Fun facts about Avon are that we produce an average of 1.1 million pounds of flour a day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches a year.
