General Mills Avon Mill is hiring a Forklift Operator to move raw materials, ingredients, and finished products on a 24/7 operation. The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and effective communication in English. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with opportunities for overtime and premium pay.

Starting pay is $24.81 per hour with $0.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; 8-hour shifts; full-time, on-site roles in a high-volume flour and dry mix plant environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Fun facts about Avon are that we produce an average of 1.1 million pounds of flour a day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches a year.
