Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Principal level Water Resources Market Leader to guide our Florida practice from Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Tallahassee, Gainesville, and other offices.

Remote work from home-office may be considered at the company's discretion. You will lead complex water resources projects, manage client relationships, and drive business development while mentoring senior staff and expanding market share across water supply management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology or Civil/Environmental engineering with emphasis on water resources (required).
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional registration (PE/PG) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning to segment and target industrial, commercial, and municipal clients in Florida and the southeastern U.S.
• Engage project and operations staff to align delivery capabilities with market demands.
• Serve as a Client Account Manager on selected critical accounts.
• Participate in professional societies, conferences, and meetings to raise firm visibility.
• Direct project leadership to ensure client expectations, budgets, quality objectives, and follow-on work.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage junior staff and engineers/scientists.
• Lead major proposals and provide senior leadership in client and regulatory meetings.
• Oversee technical project delivery, scoping, management, and multi-project execution.
