Job summary

Plummer Associates, Inc. seeks a Florida Water Process Leader to guide the execution of complex water and reuse projects from concept through construction, in close collaboration with the Florida Area Leader and national leaders.

You will lead technical delivery, manage client relationships, and drive business development in Florida with a focus on water treatment and reuse, mentoring teams and advancing our one-water practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the A/E/C industry with water or wastewater reuse expertise.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; PE licensure in Florida.
• Doctorate degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of technically complex water and reuse projects from concept through construction.
• Provide project management, leadership, and delivery oversight for drinking water, reuse, and wastewater projects in Florida.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Lead pilot studies for various treatment technologies.
• Collaborate with Florida Area Leader on business development strategies.
• Mentor team members and align goals with the company’s strategy.
• Ensure high-quality work while maintaining profitability across the project portfolio in Florida.
