You will lead pursuit strategies, mentor teams, and shape opportunities from qualification to contract award, advancing public health and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of business development in water/wastewater.
• Proven success driving major pursuits and long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by cultivating long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
• Shape and execute market‑focused growth strategies for water/wastewater.
• Lead pursuit strategy from qualification through contract award.
• Advise municipal, utility, industrial, and public sector clients.
• Identify regulatory drivers, funding sources, and industry trends.
• Elevate CHA’s market presence through leadership and collaboration.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to hit revenue targets.
