Quiddity is seeking a Water/Wastewater leadership professional to expand its Florida capabilities. You will lead regional projects, build a local team, and manage client relationships, leveraging our Texas-based expertise.

Ideal candidates have a Florida PE, 12+ years in water/wastewater, and a proven track record in leadership, mentoring, and delivering complex projects with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Florida PE license required.
• Minimum 12+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Mentoring project teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional water/wastewater projects and expand Quiddity’s Florida capabilities, working with Clients and staff to win and deliver regional projects.
