Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Water Resources, or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, Florida licensure or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of water engineering with focus on water supply planning and drinking water treatment.
• Strong ability to lead design teams and produce technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with hydrogeology and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee water supply planning and treatment design deliverables including studies and basis-of-design.
• Evaluate and optimize drinking water and reuse-related facilities for growth and resilience.
• Support operational troubleshooting and translate constraints into design improvements.
• Mentor technical staff and contribute to proposals and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with process, hydrogeology, civil/site, and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
