Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 6 years of leadership experience, 4 leading project teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a team toward project goals.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and support.
• Mentor regional personnel and oversee >10 FTEs.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and contract management.
