Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead FDOT roadway design projects in Florida. You will manage a capable team of designers, engineers, and senior PMs, driving project pursuits and delivering high-quality results for public agencies and municipalities.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, Florida P.E. license, and 2+ years post-registration FDOT experience. Excellent communication and initiative are essential to thrive in our collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. License - Florida.
• Minimum 2 years post-registration experience with FDOT.
• FDOT highway design experience.
• FDOT Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage roadway projects and direct/internal staff, highlighting the team’s capabilities to clients during pursuits.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and senior PMs to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
