Halff seeks a Director / Practice Leader in Florida to lead transportation planning and design services, driving growth, client relations, and project delivery across FDOT districts. The role demands a PE license in Florida and a strong leadership track record.

You will collaborate with Halff's national Transportation Practice to implement best practices, mentor staff, and expand market opportunities while delivering high-quality solutions for multimodal transportation projects.

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (ABET).
• Minimum 15 years progressive experience in transportation.
• Florida PE license is required.
• Strong leadership and industry expertise.
• Robust client connections at senior DOT levels.
• Team player with integrity and quality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and guidance for the transportation practice in the region.
• Research markets, maintain client relationships, identify opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic plans; guide practice growth.
• Lead strategic pursuits and capture planning for opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional operations to hire, develop and grow staff.
• Coordinate with national Transportation Practice to implement best practices.
