Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive our Florida sales plan. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and will be part of a collaborative team focused on growing revenue in the assigned territory.

You will maintain and expand the customer base, build relationships, develop proposals, and manage a robust pipeline while traveling 15–20% and working across office, plant, and warehouse environments. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of B2B industrial or distribution sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Strong written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and account qualification.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing customer base across all product lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality and customer service issues and identify solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, and create sales materials.
• Source materials and determine efficient order fulfillment shipping methods.
• Communicate the brand identity and implement company initiatives.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and plant-level staff to achieve growth.
