Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Florida is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to standardize operations across multiple practices, oversee regulatory programs (VFC, CLIA), support new-practice launches, and optimize provider scheduling.

You will collaborate with market leaders, site supervisors, and staff to implement workflows, training, and readiness processes, ensuring compliance and reliable execution across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MHA, MBA, or related degree preferred.
• At least three years of operations experience in ambulatory healthcare.
• Experience training, coaching, precepting, or supporting team members.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout Florida and onsite during new-practice or new-market launches.

Responsibilities

• Support new-practice and new-market launches with onsite and post-launch training.
• Provide hands-on staff training, workflow implementation, scheduling infrastructure, and competency validation.
• Monitor VFC, Florida SHOTS, private vaccine, and organizational vaccine requirements; manage training readiness.
• Audit lead-screening documentation and ensure timely submissions; identify workflow gaps.
• Provide training and oversight of standardized laboratory and CLIA workflows; support inspections.
• Coordinate provider scheduling templates, holidays, PTO, onboarding and offboarding.
