Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a practice manager or healthcare management role; pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft 365; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-specific growth initiatives and outreach to drive patient engagement.
• Manage on-site revenue cycle activities including registration, insurance verification, and billing.
• Oversee budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial performance for the site.
• Provide on-site leadership to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and performance management of reception, medical assistants, and nurses.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with central operations and vendors to maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee vaccine program administration and clinical operations.
