Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Conway, FL is seeking a highly motivated Practice Supervisor with a patient- and family-first mindset to oversee day-to-day operations at our clinic, including administrative and clinical staff, patient care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

You’ll drive site growth, manage staffing and scheduling, and lead quality and patient experience initiatives, partnering with central operations and vendors to maintain seamless, high‑quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare management or practice leadership, pediatric experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset with ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical staff and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive site growth initiatives and manage budgeting and revenue cycle activities.
• Lead KPI reporting and partner with central operations to ensure seamless care.
