Bluebird Kids Health in Florida seeks a Clinical Educator (RN) to lead statewide clinical readiness across practices, onboarding, certifications, and compliance. Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.
• BSN required; MSN or certification in nursing professional development (NPD-BC) or pediatrics (CPN) preferred.
• 5+ years of RN experience, including at least 3 years in pediatrics, with ambulatory or primary care strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in staff education, precepting, or clinical training.
• Experience in multi-site ambulatory practices, community health centers, or organizations serving Medicaid and underserved families.
• Current BLS required. AHA BLS Instructor certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire. PALS preferred.
• Working knowledge of VFC requirements, vaccine storage and handling, OSHA, CLIA-waived testing, and pediatric quality measures (HEDIS).
• Comfortable with EHRs, learning management systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Teaching and leadership: strong command of adult learning principles and competency validation.

Aufgaben

• Continuous staff clinical skills training. Design and deliver a competency-based curriculum for medical assistants and LPNs covering pediatric vitals, immunization, medication administration, point-of-care testing, and growth screenings.
• New practice launch readiness. Lead on-site clinical training for every new practice launch in Florida, including onboarding and go-live support.
• Clinical policies and procedures. Develop, review, and roll out clinical policies and training, ensuring audit readiness.
• Clinical incident response and process improvement. Lead root cause analysis and retraining to improve workflows and patient safety.
• Required trainings, tracking, and compliance. Own licenses, certifications, and trainings, monitor expirations, and report monthly.
• Annual BLS training program. Run certification and renewal program and conduct pediatric emergency drills.
• Annual compliance trainings. Deliver HIPAA, OSHA and related trainings; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Provider compliance trainings. Ensure provider trainings on health plan requirements; prepare for audits.
• Provider VFC re-enrollment. Lead annual VFC enrollment and vaccine storage training.
• Trainee program administration. Manage nursing and APRN rotations and onboarding; build recruiting pipeline.
