Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking an experienced Practice Supervisor to oversee Florida-based clinic operations with a patient- and family-first approach. You will manage administrative and clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive site growth while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare administration knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a practice manager or in a healthcare management role; pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Patient-first mindset with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and EHR systems.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams in a mission- and results-focused environment.
• CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in Florida to maintain seamless clinic operations.
• Lead site-specific growth initiatives and outreach to drive patient engagement.
• Manage on-site registration, insurance verification, and revenue cycle activities.
• Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with central operations to coordinate patient needs across departments.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and schools.
• Provide on-site leadership and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop culture initiatives to boost morale and team cohesion.
• Supervise reception staff, medical assistants, and nurses; oversee HR processes.
