Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, patient care coordination, and staff management at the Conway, FL site. You will lead administrative and clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while upholding a patient-first ethos.

The role focuses on site-based growth, budget-conscious operations, and delivering an exceptional child-and-family experience in a mission-driven pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare management role, pediatric experience a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and patient-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; regulatory knowledge.
