Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounting Information Resources (FLAIR).
• Knowledge of Ariba on Demand (MFMP).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other state/federal laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to create Excel worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Approve invoices in MFMP/AOD and audit invoices and purchase orders.
• Review electronic invoices submitted by vendors through MFMP.
• Verify PO information against orders and documentation; ensure 5-business-day processing window.
• Serve as final approver for voucher summary daily and ensure correct coding of payments.
• Assist with certification forward process and provide information to DFS auditors and purchasing liaisons.
