Job summary

Civicworks in Tallahassee, FL seeks a temporary Invoice Manager to oversee invoice processing through MFMP. You will review electronic vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and conduct compliance audits to ensure timely payment within 5 business days.

You will serve as the final approver for daily voucher summaries and collaborate with procurement and finance teams, applying Florida PALM knowledge when available and generating ad hoc Excel reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing and processing payments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Familiarity with MFMP and Ariba on Demand.
• Knowledge of Florida PALM preferred.
• Regulatory responsibilities experience preferred.
• Ability to create Excel worksheets and ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities
