Job summary

FFF Enterprises, a leading infusion and specialty pharmacy provider, seeks a Director, Pharmacy to lead operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical services. The role involvesPIC responsibilities for the state and ensuring licensure compliance across jurisdictions, with a focus on quality and patient care.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, strong leadership, and collaboration with on-site and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing in the applicable state.
• PIC (Pharmacist-in-Charge) designation for the resident state or required states.
• IgCP certification within two years of employment; CSP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations, practice oversight, and daily management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate medication records.
• Lead staff and develop pharmacy personnel to support patient care.
• Provide clinical consultation and maintain quality programs.
