Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, governance, and patient care. The role includes strategic planning, regulatory compliance, clinical guidance, and personnel management to ensure safe, accurate, and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited program.
• Working knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws and board requirements.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and URAC standards for pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the relevant state.
• Ability to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) across states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow and direct staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to staff on patient care matters.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and licensing compliance.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and accreditation standards.
