Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Weekdays/weekends/evenings/night shifts may be required.
• Holiday scheduling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Convey the mission to staff and motivate performance improvement.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Provide direct patient and pharmaceutical care.
• Maintain clinical pharmacy practices, including stewardship and safety.
• Educate staff on care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay current on meds and collaborate on budgets.
