Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead the pharmacy’s operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance. The role requires serving as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, accreditation standards, and company policies across licensed jurisdictions.

The Director provides clinical and operational guidance while developing personnel to support patient care continuity.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited program.
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge licensure for resident state and ability to license in other states.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to the pharmacy's operation and practice.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy workflow and direct pharmacists and technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance and serve as escalation resource for pharmacy matters.
• Maintain records for medication control, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
