Qualifications

• Proven track record in originating and closing industrial real estate transactions in Florida.
• Deep knowledge of IOS properties, valuation, and repositioning strategies.
• Strong network of Florida industrial brokers and asset owners.
• Principal-side acquisitions experience preferred; strong sales broker history considered.
• Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced investment platform.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute IOS acquisitions across Florida, sourcing off-market deals.
• Build and maintain broker and owner networks to generate opportunities.
• Evaluate IOS assets including truck yards, parking, and outdoor storage.
• Lead negotiations through due diligence, approvals, and closing.
• Present investment theses to leadership and lenders.
• Monitor IOS market dynamics and zoning considerations.
• Contribute to an ambitious program of 8–10 transactions annually per professional.
