Job summary

Dalfen Industrial in Dallas, TX is seeking an IOS Lead to join our investment team. The IOS Lead will source acquisition opportunities and lease properties focused on Industrial Outdoor Storage across the Southeast region.

The role will build a strong deal pipeline through broker relationships, owner outreach, and tenant marketing, while collaborating with acquisitions and asset management to deliver presentations, memos, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience.
• Brokerage experience preferred.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with cold calling and high deal flow preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in the Atlanta industrial market with a focus on IOS preferred.
