Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida or ability to obtain licensure.
• 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in structural or forensic engineering.
• Experience leading engineering projects, mentoring staff, and managing client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare clear technical reports.
• Strong business development skills and ability to cultivate client partnerships.
• Valid driver's license with travel to client sites; ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee forensic investigations involving structural damage and performance issues.
• Grow the Florida Investigative practice through strategic business development and client engagement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff; build a high-performing team culture.
• Manage project profitability, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
