Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering.
• P.E. in Florida or ability to obtain.
• Approximately 12+ years in engineering with forensic focus.
• Experience leading complex investigations and opinions.
• Strong writing and presentation for legal settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forensic engineering investigations and insurance claim assignments.
• Develop defensible opinions on cause, origin, extent of damage, standard of care, and repair considerations.
• Plan and oversee field investigations, testing, and documentation.
• Prepare and review forensic reports, expert opinions, exhibits, and other litigation materials.
• Provide litigation support and expert testimony.
• Serve as trusted advisor to attorneys, insurers, and clients while maintaining independence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and professionals.
• Support growth through client development and industry relationships.
• Collaborate across Pinchin offices to assemble appropriate expertise.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality and professional ethics.
