Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license in Texas or ability to obtain licensure.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible structural/forensic engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects, mentoring staff, and managing client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic engineering investigations involving structural damage and failures.
• Oversee facility condition assessments and building evaluations.
• Grow the Texas practice through strategic business development.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff.
• Manage project profitability, schedules, and budgets.
• Represent American Structurepoint in client meetings, proposals, and industry events.
