Job summary

Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor’s rights firm specializing in residential mortgage foreclosure, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Florida team in a fully remote role. You will handle most aspects of foreclosure litigation in Florida with at least 1 year of experience, including title review, pleadings, motions, discovery, mediations, and trials.

Florida Foreclosure Attorney - Fully Remote

Job Summary

Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor’s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Florida team.

Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling most aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Florida, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Law degree from ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure is required; real estate and/or title law experience is a plus.
• Have a good working knowledge of litigation and motion practice, generally.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Florida (10%).
