Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Florida market reporting to the Florida Regional Sales Manager. You will lead sales across the district, drive gross margin, and cultivate strong customer and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field sales leadership, a 4-year college degree or equivalent, and excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven Field Sales Leader experience
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Experience in sales training and coaching
• Extensive product and market knowledge
• Ability to drive to multiple locations and customer sites
• Free to travel within district via air or ground

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors employees to achieve excellence and promotability within the organization.
• Oversees or supervises employee training, reviews, coaching and terminations.
• Keeps abreast of competitors and market changes within territory.
• Supports and implements company policies and philosophies.
• Develops annual forecast and business plan for the region.
• Accountable for financial health of each branch within district.
• Develops relationships with personnel, key customers and vendors.
