Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish.

You will develop project scope and schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver quality results. Qualified candidates have 4+ years in project or construction management, a related bachelor's or higher, strong budgeting and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Competenze

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive-level clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms, MS Project and Procore
  • Valid driver license

Project Manager Construction

What this job involves: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team in Florida. In this role, you'll manage complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish, developing project scope and schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management
  • Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive-level clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms, MS Project Microsoft Project and Procore
  • Valid driver license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management
  • Accounting and forecasting experience
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning concepts
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with corporate clients on large-scale projects
  • Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects require
