Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a Florida commercial roofing sales team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing sales professionals, building relationships, and driving new business across the state.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage reps, set goals and forecasts, and partner with estimating/operations to ensure smooth handoffs. Strong leadership and Florida market connections are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales and business development experience.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing commercial accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing sales cycle, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• The ability to set clear expectations and hold a team accountable while working closely with operations and leadership.
• Preferred: Established relationships in Florida's commercial roofing, construction, property management, or facilities markets.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage sales representatives.
• Set goals, territories, and performance expectations; track pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Develop sales strategies that grow commercial roofing revenue and market share.
• Support the team with prospecting, account development, and closing opportunities.
• Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Partner with estimating and operations to qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Help shape and expand the sales organization as the Florida business grows.
