Job summary

Sutter Roofing Company in Orlando, FL seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to identify and win commercial roofing opportunities. You will conduct site visits, prepare estimates, and present proposals to owners, managers, and GC teams, while managing the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and develop accurate project estimates.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including estimators, project managers, and operations to ensure project success.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity and pipeline.
• Attends relevant community association and trade show events
• Occasional after hours marketing events and shows as needed.
