Edison Smart in Florida is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for the commercial HVAC market. You will manage the Florida territory, build relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors and building owners, and drive new business across the state.

The ideal candidate will have proven outside sales experience in commercial HVAC, deep product knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to win new business. Travel across Florida is expected to cover the territory effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience in commercial HVAC.
• Strong HVAC product knowledge and applications.
• Established Florida commercial HVAC market relationships.
• Experience selling through contractors, engineers or distributors.
• Strong technical and consultative sales skills.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel regularly across Florida.
• Self-motivated, able to manage a large territory.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Florida territory and develop new business.
• Develop relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and owners.
• Promote and sell commercial HVAC products.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and product presentations.
• Work with consulting engineers to influence product specifications.
• Develop proposals and manage opportunities to close.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
