Responsibilities

• Keeps floral department stocked and welcoming to customers; greets and helps with their needs.
• Sets up displays with correct pricing and signage; creates attractive arrangements.
• Merchandises products following company guidelines to drive sales.
• Maintains department sanitation and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Monitors deliveries, checks orders, and reports shortages or overages.
• Assists with receiving and loading activities; trains as needed.
• Ensures PPE usage and cooperates with coworkers.
