Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a friendly floral department associate to assist in the design and merchandising of floral items for display and customer requests. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain clean displays, and help process orders with care.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, creating arrangements, packaging orders, and operating the cash register, while adhering to safety policies and store procedures. Weekend availability is required.

• Ability to read shelf tags, product labels, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with locating items.
• Assist customers in locating items and handling calls promptly.
• Operate the cash register according to store procedures.
• Support decorating and merchandising efforts in the department.
• Ensure floors and work areas stay clean, safe, and uncluttered.
• Assist with signage, rotation, and quality control of merchandise.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
