Job summary

Kroger is seeking team members to assist in designing and merchandising floral items for display and customer orders. You will greet customers, provide excellent service, help create arrangements, and package orders with care.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, handling calls and orders, and supporting department merchandising and signage. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally, and work with all levels of the organization.
• Experience operating a cash register and making change.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide great service.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders.
• Package orders safely and efficiently; keep merchandise and supplies organized.
• Maintain customer records and files properly; assist in locating items.
• Handle phone calls and orders promptly and courteously; assist with decorating and merchandising.
