Job summary

• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Floral Manager with administration.
• Handle phone calls and client requests.
• Manage orders in Monday.com and assist where needed.
• Answer emails in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate orders for small events and cabana/outlet orders.
• Deliver floral arrangements in company vehicle.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors/managers.
